I like oz group the reason I don’t like it’s because they allow me only 35 hours per week but I want to work as much hours as I can for example more then 70 hours

Good environment, bad management

They will only give you text messages the night before you have to work, and when you think you have work the next day you got sent sms to have the day off meanwhile your other work fellows got work messages. The roster made from them to you, not between the two of you, but you have to keep following the sms the night before regardless, the roster just basically pointless at this rate. Could feel a bit of a favoritism especially toward Indians employees than the rest of the employees. They would give them more attention and work more than you do, does not matter how much you have contributed to the company or work your a** off more than them.

다같이 떠들면서 일하는 분위기임 그렇다고 어수선하진않음 진행이 빨리됨 일은 쉬우나 경험에따라 지루할수도 있음

Good environment

It is very good experience working in oz group. All the staff and management is very helpful and supportive Environment is very good. Good . Love working there.
