Impossible workload at times
Worked here for several years. Learnt alot and loved looking after the residents . Management were unapproachable and especially during the hight of the pandemic.. staff were very unsupported

Every year got worse
My first year was quite enjoyable. I was having fun working in the care industry and making friends at work. Each year got. harder after that. I was forced to have vaccinations and it affected my health. I had to work late shifts and it made me tired. I eventually got out during COVID.

Wonderful.
Love working here. Can be hard at times but the role is definitely doable and good fun. Good work team and great management. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

they need to upgrade to a ceiling hoist.. because some rooms are way to small .. i loved working there all the residents are beautiful people .. but on the downside i wasn’t taught how to use the computers
