Morning meeting every morning,about the previous day's happenings and what for that day's planned work,is handed out and every one goes there own ways to do there planned work or breakdown ,depending what has been allocated to who.12 o'clock half time meeting on the progress of the jobs and to see who needs a hand and who is finished 20 min.4 go home if all is done and plant running otherwise stay back till all is up and running

As a panel operator in calcination. It is a challenging job, and enjoyable
On a day to day at work with my job as the Panel man looking after 3 calciners,silo system. The Management i don't see them that much. Only my Superintendent. I get on well with him. He excepts you to do your job.We have 2 operators outside of calcination. As a crew we get on well with each other. Everyone has a nickname. Any job i ask of them they do it in a safe manner. We use a take 5 here. Look at the job before performing the task . To ensure it is safe to do.
The hardest part of my job is when we have power failures and we lose everything. Trying to get everything going. Making sure the operators outside doing the job are safe.
The most enjoyable part of my job is when one of the calciners play up and you save it. Without running the operators around.
