Mismanaged and toxic environment
A company that won’t pay you what you’re worth. Management are only in it for themselves. This is not a company that values it’s employees - no concern for the health and well-being of anyone.

Highly regulated and requires total commitment
I managed to get signed off as a qualified loco driver within2 years. I had to resign due to being a single full time father of a young boy at the time. Best job I ever had. I don’t regret leaving as my son was my priority and the lifestyle wasn’t compatible but the company was great.
