I didn't like working with with unfriendly people, I learn a lot of new things, management good. I didn't see any job that is hard to me, and the most enjoyable of the job when you get your pay.

Casual Worker

Over work, low wages, friendly workers, extremely fast face, challenging, in comparison to other pharma & contract manufacturing here managers do not have Master of Business Administration we workers feel ashamed working for managers with no MBA.

Pros

Sometimes get to see and meet very high position cooperate people.

Cons

Under qualified Managers are unable to manage well.

Stressful

Disorganised, stressful , high volume work, low wages, not safety conscious, you start your day behind, previous shifts do not set up or clean sections, management aren’t interested in the problems you face at work, they pass the problem to someone else. The most enjoyable part is going home.

If you like being yelled and degraded to make your manager look good work here Workers not friendly Favourtism galore Stay well away Like being in a cage watched by everyone and everywhere Inductions are a joke so nice when you are shown around you will be looked after do not believe a word If you don’t fit in you are let go or just simply no shifts Worst job I have ever had

It’s not a fun and better place to work

Pax is the most annoying place to work. I used to work in afternoon shift honestly that old lady who was the supervisor and most of the people in that shift are so mean, rude and disrespectful. They treat you as an animal you just start and they expect you to be fast they don’t help you when you struggle they yell and scream at you so I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Unrealistic expectations and unsafe practices

Most co workers were friendly, some helpful. Lines are run too fast and supervisors don’t like them stopping for any reason so you end up sore from trying to keep up with the speed of the production line. They even expect you to risk personal injury to keep the production from stopping because the amount of products made are more important than staff. You are made to feel replaceable so you don’t take time off and the only thing that is ok about the place is the rate for casual staff. That’s because you are working with flammable and hazardous materials.

Productive workplace

friendly and helpful co-workers, sometimes busy but it's something you get used to and becomes easy. Long hours which can be tiring but it is mostly a simple job on majority of days so the long hours aren't really a worry. when starting work there, everyone helps one another out so you don't feel down when you do something wrong.
