The panel consisted of two members from the relevant department and one from another department.
The panel members work very hard to ensure the interviews are as relaxing as can be. They make the applicants feel welcome and relaxed.
Once all interviews are completed the panel will then meet to go over the interviews and determine who they would like to win the position. Once this is done and all panel members are in agreeance, reference checks are completed and a report is prepared and sent to Workforce advising who the panel have chosen. Workforce then advise if the applicant can be contacted to advise they are the chosen applicant.
