Great place for experience
This workplace is a great place to gain experience in a aged care setting. There was training beforehand and we could always ask for help. Only reason I gave it up was because it was hard to get to.

Unhappy workplace, management expect too much from their underpaid and under resourced staff members. Not for profit volunteer involving organisation who rely heavily on the goodwill of their volunteers. Bad decision makers using outdated internal systems

Productive and fun
I was working with people who care as a volunteer and work for the dole phase and they are a bunch of fantastic people to work with never had a problem with anyone friendly easy to to have a chat with easy to work with I give them a 10/10 good work you guys
