Toxic management that relies on intimidation and bullying. Expectations on staff are impossibly high for almost no reward. Most of the good workers don't stay long, so stores are frequently understaffed and/or working with inexperienced people while busy. Work life balance is poor, and hours can be terrible. OTR's systems need a serious update, and their inefficiency makes it harder to complete one's jobs in a timely manner, increasing stress on workers who try to find shortcuts just to get it all done. Someone is going to get seriously hurt one day and possibly already has.

What would you suggest Peregrine Corporation management do to prevent employees from leaving?
Stop scaling back staffing hours in stores and give staff the required help and training. Foster a supportive culture where people not afraid to have a go and make mistakes. Encourage work life balance and make it easier to take breaks and holidays when needed.
