Scaffolder (Former Employee) –  Perth WA11 February 2018
New to industry - not a lot to say other than I appreciated the opportunity. Hi Skill training was excellent, some really good blokes but like any large organization inevitably conflict with the odd individual.
Pros
FIFO Opportunity
Cons
Uncertainty of what is around the corner

Terrible management
Training Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Perth WA12 January 2018
Management team very inexperienced in regard to the workload so set unrealistic targets. Good if you thrive in a busy environment, but unfortunately whatever you do will never be enough.
Pros
Working day goes quickly due to workload
Cons
Inexperienced management team, unrealistic targets.

Senior Systems Administrator / IT Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Perth, WA14 October 2015
The company supports the large miners and was trying to play their game. The front line personal are great but the management team needs to play by the rule books.

Challenging place to work for
Maintenance Planner (Current Employee) –  Belmont, WA10 March 2014
My day starts at 0630, I would start by going through my emails and prioritise them accordantly. Everyday I learn that attention to details is very important in my role, as one missed flights (by wrong information send) can lead up to a few hour to a whole day wasted.

We are a friendly team and ver helpful to each other, the hardest part is to get all our personnel on site at the right time of day, and this make my work most enjoyable the fact when it all comes together is the best feeling ever
Pros
Friendly People
Cons
work 24/7
