Fun workplace, good opportunity to gain experience
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with plat and it was a good opportunity for me to build my confidence and gain experience in operations, leading teams, customer service etc. It can be a great job if you have a good team and supportive store managers. Fun, but not supportive
Not enough training. Expected to cover other roles but not supported to meet all targets. Too much non-sales work left to only a few people which is not a fair workload balanceWhat would you say about your employer?
