Good place to work

Port Macquarie Base Hospital is a great place to work and is quite fast paced. I love the people I work with and learn something new every day. They have a good workplace culture. Management support you 100%. The hardest part of my job is the double shifts at times and doing 12 hour shifts 3 or 4 times in a row, otherwise I love my work. Great patient and staff support

The management is good. The Staff nurses were very helpful and patient. The work load is equally distributed. The health care team is good as well. The hardest part is the physical labor you need to provide, but being welcomed into a team of people who are helpful and great support makes the work become lighter and enjoyable.
