Company could use a better system for determining qualified candidates
Crew Lead (Former Employee) – MD – 4 December 2014
Typically the day was productive, but often times jobs were left undone to be complete by 2nd shifts. Co-workers ranged from highly skilled to very poorly qualified. Management showed little knowledge about the work being done and often times this created conflict with crew-leads who performed the "actual" maintenance. The best part of the job is the time-off policy. There was very little room for advancement, and almost no opportunity for over-time. The company did provide company picnics and holiday parties at a menial cost to the employee.
