Senior Payroll Officer (Former Employee) –  Clayton VIC14 May 2019
My role was parttime making it a full and satisfying position.
Management was relaxed and approachable and the workplace was stable.

There was freedom to manage your workload independantly and support to complete tasks within deadlines. Hardest part of the job was fitting it all in.
Pros
Subsidised Canteen
Cons
Travel time

Casual position for office duties, ordering of goods, receptionist. It is running the office in a smooth and orderly manner. You are typing stock orders from customers, credit requests and manual overrides according to need.

Project Engineer (Former Employee) –  Melbourne VIC14 August 2017
I was hired on as a contractor and later extended to full time. This was a smaller manufacturing site. People were friendly from the very beginning. Excellent on-boarding and adherence to safety best practices.
People worked well together from engineering to operations, maintenance and management. Strong focus on results and cooperation to achieve results. We worked hard, but still were able to have fun while doing it.
Pros
Great pay, Excellent co-workers, hardworking and knowledgeable team. Management was logical and reasonable
Cons
Department was small so work hours were often long

STORE MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Parramatta NSW11 April 2016
Communication from top-tier management down wasn't always fantastic.
A typical day was spent taking and mixing orders, as well as organising the shop.
Co-workers are all focussed and hard-working.
The hardest part of the job was definitely to grow the business; policies put in place, while practical and logical for the business, tied our hands and gave us little leeway.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the people - customers and co-workers alike. Good, honest, hard-working people.
Pros
People; job expectations in black and white; recognition for hard work
Cons
Odd working hours; career progression opportunities limited

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Brisbane, QLD1 November 2015
I enjoy the variety of duties associated with my role as a Business Development Manager, I interact with a varied range of people, from General managers and CEO's, down to purchasing officers and paint applicators. One day is never the same as the one before, and I am always learning.

Large Multinational company
NSW State Manager (Former Employee) –  NSW22 June 2015
Multi layered company - very much focused on inorganic growth via acquistions.

Very shareholder value focused.

Australia however appears to be disconnected from the global business.
