Not such a great company to work for anymore
PPG was a good company to work for a few years ago. Following the acquisition of Glidden Professional, the company culture drastically changed. PPG motivates their employees with fear and makes unrealistic sales goals in an effort to cut down on commission and bonus payouts.
Pros
Learned the industry and have learned a great deal about B2B
Cons
Management motives by fear tactics, unrealistic sales goals, work has lost any sort of fun or enjoyment
