An awful place to work where bullying is endemic and a blind eye turned
Secretary/Personal Assistant (Former Employee) – Sydney – 25 September 2016
The above says it all. A number of the adults in positions of power are still in the playground. One of the worst places I have ever worked in regards to management style. The hardworking quiet backbone of core staff are overlooked in preference to loudest whinging trouble making moaners. There is infighting among management and white anting is rife throughout the organisation.

Fun working with the students
French Teacher (Former Employee) – Cottesloe WA – 16 May 2017
Any day of the week is hectic as the teachers team teach. I learned how to work under constant pressure as lessons had to be changed at the last minute all the time.Colleagues in the whole school are friendly and supportive. The hardest part of the job is the daily lesson planning as five teachers would teach the same material, lesson at the same time and it stifled creativity and style of teaching. The most enjoyable part is the teaching of new stuff with new resources I have made myself.
