Every once and a while a rep would come into the store and give you 30 minutes of training. That’s about it. There’s no other benefits or perks.
A wonderful supervisor who carries the weight of the entire store and will go above and beyond for you. As well as a few team mates who actually care about the customers and wanting to provide them with a good customer service experience.
