Fun starting workplace
Customer Service (Former Employee) - North Rocks, Sydney - 6 May 2019
This was my first proper Job. I had an amazing manager and enjoyed working there. I learnt how to work in retail here, how to deal with customers and how to manage my money. I made great friends here too. I was here for 3 years and a typical day involved stocking shelves, working on the till, and cleaning up rubbish. The culture was like a fairly standard pharmacy environment, very friendly. The hardest part of the job was rude customers.
Pros
Amazing management, staff discounts
Cons
Rude customers, short shifts

i generally work a 9-5 shift behind dispensary or working with customers or behind the cash register. its a very fun and rewarding place to work at with great staff members. managers are very understanding and reliable making sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is being helped. most enjoyable part about my job would be being able to help sick or injured people with products and giving advice.

enjoyed my 9 years at Priceline Fremantle
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) - Fremantle WA - 22 January 2017
Worked for over 9 years at Priceline Fremantle and enjoyed not only the variety of customers including the regular customers over the years. The staff and managers over the 9 years I worked there were so great, it was a pleasure working along side and for them. I loved the variety of products priceline have and enjoyed helping customers and well as serving them at the registers. Along with working on the register I rotated stock and made sure all the registers were stocked up with bags, register rolls etc and were always clean, along with balancing my register after each shift.
Pros
happy enviroment
Cons
understaffed at times

Managers are very understanding and you will never feel uncomfortable.

A non-related family striving for the best results
Customer Service (Former Employee) - Cairns QLD - 31 March 2016
I had a lot of fun at Priceline pharmacy and I leant a lot. The only struggle was I didn't get as much hours as I was hoping for. I gained experience in cashier work, customer service and money handling. I enjoyed seeing smiling faces walk through the door and being around a team to help with anything I ask. I was glad to be apart of their family but sadly after the 12 hours I did one week, I couldn't get anymore work days.
Pros
The tasks I had, the amount I got payed and the people I worked with.
Cons
Not getting any work

Priceline has great employees, everyone is willing to help other team members out if they are unsure of a product ect. Priceline allows you to learn all departments of the store such as, register, customer service, stock, stock take, planograms, cosmetics ect.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are able to assist a customer when they need assistance

Repetitive
Customer Service Assistant (Current Employee) - Camberwell - 8 October 2015
Working at Priceline was not a fun workplace. Management wasn't happy and the work provided was constantly repetitive. My job was not secure, and shifts were given randomly not set dates.

Being the cosmetician at priceline.
Customer Service/Cosmetician (Former Employee) - Cranbourne, VIC - 9 January 2015
making sure all the ingredient listings were up to date, lots of custumer service, replenishing stock (unders, ordering) gap checks, marking off plallets and stock, planograms, setting up cateloges, registers and cash handling, answering phones.
I learnt alot on how to do make orders, and mark off stock.
The manager that i worked with, i found to be quite lazy. Some of my co workers were so good and i have made life time friendships with, then some of the others girls were very nasty.
The hardest part of the job was finding stock that was "missing".
The most enjoyable part of the job was helping customers and finishing/acomplishing planograms.
Pros
Working in beauty
Cons
the backstabbing that went on.

Productive and a great experience
Customer service (Current Employee) - Taree, NSW - 19 December 2014
My day at work begins with counting the register, opening up the shop and either serving on the registers or working on the floor and offering my assistance to all customers. When my shift finishs up, w do a quick tidy of the store, count our register, fill in all paper work and then go home.
My co-workers are great and always helpful, no matter the age we always seem to get along.
Whilst working here I have learnt that the customer is always right, I have learnt a lot about the beauty industry and I have also learnt that patience is key.
The hardest part about work would have to be when it gets extremly busy but other then that there isnt anything to difficult.
The most enjoable part about work would be being able to help people find the products they need and watching them leave the store happy.
The management of the store was great and always helpful and kind. They worked with you to create a happy, comfortable enviroment.
Pros
Membership benifits
Cons
Nothing
