Your just expected to sit on the phone and take the abuse your not allowed to do anything the management I experienced were horrible

Management are rude, training staff were heard speaking badly about my training group and they say flexible hours but that's only if ur able to swap shifts otherwise your expected to work and the shifts rotate, so one week you work 7-3pm then 9-5pm then 3-10pm.

Inadequate training, and no support.

The training was inadequate, and no support was given. Management expectations were high (KPI's) and the wage was exceptionally low. The worst place I have ever worked.

If you need a job, chances are you will be hired, just don't expect great pay or culture

Probe are always hiring because they do not look for quality staff, management is unrealistic and unorganised and expectations will change on a daily basis.
