PROBE CX Employee Review

Stressful workload

The training is not sufficient for the work load. There are quite a number of programs and processes to learn, that I never felt confident at work. Assistance is only provided via chat. There a lots of sudden changes, communicated only via email which feels rushed when already on phones.

Same role

Promises the world but they make it difficult.

Limited amount of training, and you get thrust out into the deep and you have to fend for yourself as the support is very hit and miss..... follow the scripting and cope with the added stress for minimum wage,

Do not recommend

Nearly 3 weeks of classroom based training, then put onto phones with floor support with you but some were not understanding and spoke to you as if you are stupid
