After going for a interview at programme perth. No feedback from staff and no e-mails answered. Poor performance from staff and unsupportive company

Lack of hours and very bad communication and they treat and they count on us a number and the staff of the programme most of them are rude, get out from this agency soon as you can as a lots work out there with another agency with who respect you more

Lack of Hours and Bad Communication as get told 1 thing but none of it is basically true also they seem to look after the newbies b4 giving longtime and experience people the shifts they need to actually survive and live on the week to week wages , still yet to see a 38hr week since being with them .

Micro Management, poor support from hierarchies during personal struggles with workplace bullying. I have emails as evidence that Management are aware however 2 months later still no support and little changes made in the work place with improving and enforcing positive behavior.

HR was poor cling after work hours and was completely biased explaining that going to Managment about my concerns was inappropriate and should ever have happened.


Company in many areas of my knowledge are poor, lack good judgment and people skills.


I have witnessed in many occasions managers talking down about clients staff and their disabilities and personal incidents that occurred in the workplace and one in particular mentioning "she will have a tough time if she pis*es me off like she pis*ed her pants at work that I had to clean up"


Would not recommend at all!!!

They count us as a number .They don’t understand that we are working for them .They just don’t care when you need them .Not good.

Programmed as an employer have a requirement to provide PPE,

Any company that is so ahrd up they cant provide ppe to their employees should eb clearly avoided. Absolutely disgusted!

Because they claim they're always about safety yet blame you for refusing to do unsafe work in an unsafe work environment.
