Prep yourself. Then, just be you. If you landed an interview with Progressive, congratulations! The interviewing process helps you really shine, feel comfortable and confident, and show the recruiter and hiring manager why you're the right person for the job. We use Targeted Selection or "behavior-based questions." These questions give us a sneak peek into how you work and implement your skills and abilities. The school of thought here is that past behavior can predict future behavior. Practice makes perfect. Practice with others or in front of your mirror to get comfortable with your responses. And, you're also learning about us in your interviews. Have some questions on hand for the interview team to show your interest in the job and make sure it's the right fit for you.
