Abysmal Interview Process
DIDNT HAPPEN (Former Employee) - Perth WA - 22 June 2021
Completed all of their requirements Passed the medical Then got told I hadnt passed their certification! THERE WAS NO CERTIFICATION PROCESS SO THIS WAS A LIE TO COVER UP A DISCRIMINATORY DECISION MADE SO THEY DIDNT EXPOSE THEMSELVES TO FAIR WORK ATTENTION. Never heard of Protech till this occasion after 25 years in the Mining Industry. NO WONDER! They require you to go to their office to do registration even though they have an online registration process which I completed only to be told at the office "WHAT ONLINE REGISTRATION" The link was in the recruiters email to me and she had asked me to do it! They told me they had required someone to come from Geraldton to the office just so they could eyeball them because they prided themselves in being extra safe by doing this. REALLY??? They dont make medical appointments near your home but expect you to go to their Doctor near their offices in Balcatta! DO NOT GO TO PROTECH

Advice to Management
Seen as very transitional. To avoid good people leaving early, or using it as a stepping stone, concentrate on implementing solid business processes asap.
