Good Work Life Balance. No Latest Technologies. Fun at work. Decent Management. Openness. Normal hikes as per the market standards. Sales team needs to be active.

Less exposure, good for people who wish to settle down.
Associate FICO Consultant (Current Employee) –  Gurgaon, Haryana23 December 2018
1) Less learning exposure in SAP
2) Management has no focus on employees increments or promotions. No proper policies for the same.
3) Dont work as a contractor.
4) Good work life balance.
5) Many festive events happen throughout the year.

North American Talent Sourcing & Research Lead (Current Employee) –  Boston, MA11 December 2018
Lots of changes happening right now- not sure what will happen with all of the changes. Communication isn't great and I wouldn't be surprised if we're acquired.

Manager, Program Manager (Current Employee) –  Bangalore, Karnataka15 August 2018
I'm enjoying my tenure at sapient so far. If you are a person who is ever ready to take on challenges and solving them. This is the RIGHT PLACE! Also you rub shoulders with few of the industry's best.
Pros
Always ahead in its category. Company always sees to be a pioneer and be there
Cons
some may dislike the long hours

Enjoyed my time at Sapient as a contractor. Great teams and culture. The work was rewarding and exposed to multiple brands within the family, so chances to advance were plentiful.

Extremely productive and supportive management
Associate Technology L2 (Current Employee) –  Gurg7 August 2017
The company will give you enough exposure in the market as it has a very strong clientele and a variety of projects have been undertaken by the company for its clients. The work atmosphere is very open and supportive. Besides the technical and business skills, you also improve in your character building confidence and there are abundant opportunities available here.

Used to be a very good consulting company.....
Senior Associate (Current Employee) –  New York, NY19 October 2015
Sapient used to be a great company to work for but not any more. Before Sapient got bought out, there were so many consulting engagements in the pipeline. These days it looks like the former consulting company is turning into an employment agency. I have seen the company hire a lot of sub-contractors for a project (as opposed to trying to staff them from in-house consultants). In the last 1 year, I have seen so many people leave the company for greener pastures. My own supervisor left to join a big 4 consulting firm. There are no more projects in the pipeline, employees are required to meet a higher target utilization rates and the bonus is coming down.
Pros
Variety of projects, Travel
Cons
No clear direction, Bonus going down
