What is the best part of working at the company?Overall PI has and provides pretty good training and service protocol compared to others. Crazy weekly target

weekly targets impossible to reach unless you really ENJOY being pushy.Fast paced and stressful. they have their favourites. The therapists that sells the most for them. Clients hates being in the skin scanner because we’re pretty much just picking on their flaws to sell sell sell.

I would not work here again

Working at Pure Indulgence was like going to bootcamp. They have great training in process and an amazing system for learning although it is overshadowed by their oppressive culture and pressure to achieve. They put staff down and discrimidnate to the point of bullying when they don't achieve their KPIs. You are put in your place.

Depending on what salon you’re working at and who your manager is really. Very pushy place to work to make people buy things dealing with upset customers if they know you’re selling because your boss will turn on you if you don’t sell something, it’s sad and fake. Can be stressful and take away your self esteem as you have to compete with other girls you’re working with day in and day out.
