Alright
Long days during busy season and large pressure to do overtime. Leave lockout period is terrible. No overtime pay for salary workers. Great people to work with and interesting and enjoyable work.

Run as far as away from this org. Nothing feels like good here. They always look for people. Stay far away if you can, one of the worst culture and showing favouritism , bringing in people from uneducated background makes life difficult for others as they constantly look for people.

Worst company I have worked for.
To start with, this place hardly had any safety procedures in place. Work felt like you were in the defense force or something. You got a warning for being 1 min late. Meals were provided which was good. The pay was so bad. They paid minimum wage of $17.00 per hour. How can a family man/woman survive on that much. They were always hiring cause lots quit.
