One of the Best Performing Companies I had the privilege to work for for 17 Years! Great Friendships & Great Memories!! As Flight Crew Every Day was Different. Unfortunately, had to leave for Family Reasons - Young Children who needed their Mum! Still Miss It Everyday!!
I found the better opportunities
Help people if they needed some help and friendly to them soft talk and work together
Help old people the mainly this for any job you going too any where

When I was ready to retire
While Front line leadership is a good thing . Inequality of workload exist while the icon cries n raves abour diversity.
Its just depend on situation...1) compare to my work if i will not get proper reward so perhaps i leave that job..
