Have ALL of your documents in place; RSA, First Aid, Passport. WWCC, etc. Know where the airline flys, and roughly how often. Know a little bit of the history of the airline. Be able to name the CEO, head chef, uniform designer, onboard product suppliers.

Not sure, but it would likely be required in an engineering role, due color coding of lights, or wiring being frequent in aviation. However there are many other groundcrew roles where I wouldn’t see it as being an issue.
