What is the company culture like at Qantas?
Unfortunate for Cabin Crew, with the only way to make a decent living is to be promoted to Customer Service Supervisor or Customer Service Manager, there is a tremendous amount of competition for these roles, and the culture associated with that has become quite unpleasant, with a lot of dobbing and snitching going on in order to get the promotion.
