Staff travel and mateship.
Leadership from my Managers in the area I worked under was what I strived to achieve for myself. Colleagues were the best part of your working day. Staff Travel benefits were good, but as the years have gone on, it’s not what it used to be. Fast paced
Very fast paced work environment. If you work mornings your day can start as early as 4:30 and finish around 12:30-1pm. Management can be abit of work but everyone else that I work with have been generally really lovely and we stick together and help each other out.
