Ever changing, good development
Good promotion options, training provided, good career development. Varied work experience, great working in the medical field as support staff, highly recommended

in club and out club
if in the club you're good, if not in the club not so good, meant to be based on merit but not really. need to fix culture to be more inclusive and also remove middle management that don't add value

Not rewarding.
This company doesn't care about it's employees. No recognition. No opportunity to go further. No time to do annual education. Have to do education at home in your own time. Budget spent at the top and admin and not on the front line.

The interview began with a 30-minute writing test to reword a poorly written story for the internal staff newsletter. After this there was a 30-minute interview with a selection panel comprising of three staff members (director, manager and officer). Tell us about yourself (professional history). What interests you about working for Gold Coast Health? Tell us about a project you worked on, the challenges you faced and how you overcame them. Tell us about a communication strategy you prepared. What was one experience where you had to convince a colleague to use a different approach. [Follow-up question from the most senior panel member was] COULD YOU PLEASE SAY WHAT YOU DID AND WHAT THE RESULT WAS?! What do you think you can bring to the organisation? Do you have any questions about the job?
