Very busy but a good job
You log in and start on your assigned work, and continue throughout the day until you meet your KPI unless assigned different types of work, which often happens. Depending on the org you may have flexi time where you accrue hours you can take off later without affecting your actual leave balance, so sometimes you can leave early.
