Middle management burrowed in like tics. Otherwise okay.
I worked for 8 years mostly in payroll/IT. My experience was pre-covid so it might be different now.It was always a demanding environment and occasionally unpleasant. Having to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day ironically didn't have a positive effect on my health.
