This was very toxic work environment with continued back stabbing of fellow workers
The role that I endured was such that I did not receive sufficient training to perform my duties well. The training was substantially left up to other colleagues to train me who each had a different view of their job responsibilities and work ethics. I enjoyed the work
Mainly preparing meals for patients, cleaning and restocking.
Management need more people skills they were all female, they preferred to have female staff working there. Workplace culture is fair , hardest part of the job was remembering what jobs you had to do each day and where wards are. Nothing enjoyable .What would you say about your employer?
