Whether you are clinical, admin, or support you will be treated like a paper clip. You will constantly be bombarded with emails about the brilliant corporate culture but you will be treated like a serf. Pay office will mess up your pay and leave. You will work overtime that you won’t be allowed to claim. If you ever step out of line you will be “performance managed “ until you quit.

if in the club you're good, if not in the club not so good, meant to be based on merit but not really. need to fix culture to be more inclusive and also remove middle management that don't add value
