Bullying is rampant ! Fraud is rampant! Time sheet does not reflect work load! Management are f**kheads!(The FAT Controller) Union Thugs ! The waste of money on projects is phenomenal!

QR is a good employer with really good pay and condition
QR has so many different career options and working for them gives good job security, pay and conditions. The management is really poor but the colleagues are really good so it doesn't really impact heavily on the work environment. I'd spend the rest of my career here.

Relaxed and supportive workplace with a friendly culture
I thoroughly enjoyed working in the safety department. The employees from other divisions were supportive when asked to collaborate throughout the project.

Start by saying or lead to saying for Example. Read and research the companies values and strategic dirrection that will encompass from what I remember in first place is a shared portfolio including Code of Conduct is important to familiar with of whats expected and Safety which is a Zero harm workplace environment. Second place would be Customer service Charter relating building genuine relationships internally and externally. They will always want examples of how you would conduct yourself be prepared for random examples and if you know the above I am sure you will relay what they expect to hear.
