A great place if you have the right support
Do not wish to disclose (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City24 October 2017
You learn a lot here, but if you're starting at the bottom, you'll need someone to take you under their wing or you'll be forgotten. You work with talented people, but I'd push for an on-site manager as soon as possible. Not the best ad tech company in terms of results, but definitely the best in terms of transparency.
Pros
Free lunches. Lots of free food, they had free tickets to their Real Salt Lake Suite they raffled away, alright with you working-from-home so long as it doesn't become a habit, and the PTO is very generous
Cons
They are a big company and sometimes the bureaucracy can get in the way of efficiency.

Gone downhill
Employee (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UT18 May 2019
This place was great to work before new management took over that had little to no experience of what their teams actually do and turnover rate increased dramatically as the office culture plummeted. The hardest part of the job was trying to figure out what direction the team you were on was going and no answers available to questions asked.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
No flex-time, career advancement, and management has no experience or idea what their teams actually do.

Working hard so you can too
Tech (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UT10 November 2018
This past year has been bumpy for the tech team. But the company is clearly making efforts to improve, and tech leadership seems to be settling into more of a groove. Changes to a number of current processes will help.

Co-workers are generally great, and are part of what makes showing up to work every day worth it.

The company has excellent benefits, including 3 months paid parental leave (yes, dads get it too!), rock solid insurance options (employees have had kids in NICU, six figure bills paid by the insurance company, employee portion? $500), tons of opportunity for charitable work, free lunches on Friday, many positions include travel opportunity, training compensation, etc.

Really great place to grow a career if you are willing to work for it.
Pros
All the benefits
Cons
Atmosphere had been tense lately, but is improving
