Relaxed and fun shifts in schools. Shifts were given a week ahead so it is easier to work through my schedules. Randstad gave us an online platform to view and change our availability.

Was ok to begin with

Enjoyed my job until covid mandates were brought in, then once they were lifted sent an enquiry about my job to which i have still not had a response to which HR had asked them to . Communication sucks no great discounts or benefits as such

Laboratory Assistants - Immediate Start

You can loose your scheduled shift anytime.

If you work with company , you have to know that they can cancel your scheduled shift anytime. So, you will completely loose the chance to accept any other casual work for that day or that time. It is very risky that you accept a shift and then loose it last minute. They are very irresponsible in handling employee complains.

When I start with Randstad, I even don’t know how to do everything but they give me all the information attached with mail also called me several times but poor me 🥺can’t understand,but they didn’t give me up until I got the information properly 🤩🤩🥰🥰as a new employee they helped me with lots of patience 🥰🥰Too grateful to Randstad people who are always being there for help me out to find the jobs,.🤩🤩🥰🥰

Very efficient team to work with

I was working with Randstad education as a casual OOSH worker for after school care. The roster team was easy to work with and their pay structure is good. The schools they send us to were good and easy to work with. I learnt a lot about the children and the team was always ready to aid in my learning.

Flexible timing and a good place to start a career in after school care

Ranstad is a great place to work. Normally shifts are flexible and it caters to your needs in terms of availability. I got an opportunity to visit numerous schools from public to private to Catholic systems. The hardest part of the job is traveling if one has to travel via public transport. The shift is flexible but I seldom got work for 4 hours. Overall a good platform to understand and visit and learn from various school.
