Application and recruitment process was so easy and quick. Randstad has been really great at getting me shifts in services in my local area and all the staff I have spoken with at the Brisbane office have just been so helpful and supportive.

If you want to have shifts cancelled and not be able to work for any other company in the industry then this is the job for you. They cancel shifts last minute and make no effort to find you new ones or even reply to simple requests for information.

Excellent agency.I have been working with them 1 year years ago and again at the moment.They are.providing a lots of work for the right candidate, you are working with them as a team. If a place is not right for you they will not send you there anymore and will try to understand what was the problem and how they can help for us to improve.

Productive and fun environment

Everyday i am working in different centers in different environment. All staffs and children's are multicultural. So i am experiencing lots of things from different centers. i am learning about team work, culture,lots of things.

I like to work with Randstad as I am getting experience day by day by working in different areas with new children and with new staff .i like staff of Randstad .all staff is really helpful in case of any difficulties during shift hours.

they don't do rosters only give hours notice. learnt nothing seeing a smile on a child's face not knowing what your actually doing from week to week no get togethers with other staff

Not good always no shift

I work as casual while in most time I don’t have any shift Normally I just work half day per week even I call them in the morning there are still no shift And they give you shift late, no time to prepare lunch, sometime they even give shift 15minutes before working time Too stressful to go the centre

Always needs workers

They are a good company to start with but not long term. Because i need stimulation and going from centre to centre is hard on me and my travel expenses. One set centre is what i need.

Randstad excellent agency providing job opportunities in variety of work sectors. Professional staff who manages relief staff equitable. Excellent salary. Working with Randstad for the past 18 months has given me great insight into a variety of professional practices within the industry of childcare. Worked in long day care and OSHC throughout the metropolitan and has gained great knowledge of the importance of diversity and difference. Devising and implementing developmentally appropriate learning environments based on keen observations individual needs and interests of children. Understand the pivotal importance of supervising children ensuring safety and security. Of further importance is the ability to engage meaningfully with children in a fun and inviting learning environment providing positive outcomes. Communication is key between children and members of the team.

I have been working with children more than 15 years. Interaction with little children makes me happy and enjoyable throughout the day. Every day is a new day and each one makes a difference. Center to center setup, management and staff and culture varies. I enjoy the difference. Often hot weather condition out there makes it hard to set up outdoor activities. I love to see the beautiful smiley face of little children every morning who step up to receive a motherly love all day.

Great to work with if looking for a few hours in a week. Flexible, can choose which days and how many days a person want to work. Only drawback is that theirs no hours guaranteed.

Tiring job

I can only know the job information on the day of the work and even the job is short hours and denied to work, they would push you that they don't have any more job opportunities on the day and make me work. They used to give me almost 10-15 job opportunities before the day, but because of the change of the management structure, I can only have one job information per day and it is quite stressful since they push to take it.
