Fair management and software system. However, the work life balance is not appreciated much. Working over time or at the weekend is usual. The salary is not too decent

Fast paced & local

Local agency, and long term employees are available to teach the set in structure provided. Business owner runs 3 offices within 25 kilometer radius. Long working hours with no incentive or penalty rates.

Cons

Very low wage, working 6 days per week in peak with no overtime, no available off site training, no recognition of work.

Found myself working as a sales assistant to 8 agents under the simple title (and salary) of a receptionist - learnt to work according to how much they're willing to pay you.

Permanent staff need to understand that casuals are employed for a reason and respect all staff

Working 3 hours a day on telephone trying to raise sales consultancy for staff. No dedicated work space available. No dedicated log on available. Permanent staff members had no respect for casuals, would talk over casuals whilst casuals were attempting to do their job. Swearing in front office, drinking alcohol while at work. As this was only a 3 week contract position I did not complain to manager. was promised more contract work then I was informed via text that there was no on-going work for myself or other casual. Hardest part of the job was repetition, most enjoyable part of job was setting up a consultation for Agent.
