Good place to work

It is a good place to work. Work can be slow at time due to bureaucracy. Pay is good and flexibility is alright but not the best you would expect in the industry

Zero flexibility

Compared to whatever was advertised and promised during interview, working conditions and overall ambience were different, in reality.Micromanagmet was intolerable.Underutilization of talented professionals.Gossipping and lack of team work.

Okay workplace

Was okay, pay was below all competitors around. Lots of opportunities to move around internally. Good place for new starters in their field, but like a lot of companies is very top heavy.

Disappointing

Was hired to work in a particular field of expertise and experience. In 18 months I have not done that. Also, promises of travel and training have not eventuated. Remuneration is not an issue. They are quite generous in that regard. 12% super is standard. Location and a long unnecessary commute are a problem which is somewhat offset by WFH provisions.
