The most useful review selected by IndeedIf you have good leads in your sphere, you’ll definitely have an easier time making money. I like that you are your own boss, and you’re not just stuck in one place all the time for work. You definitely need to put in many hours and hard work to gain and keep clients. I also wish I would have been told how much it actually costs to obtain your license and the cost for all of the subscriptions that you need (zipforms, OREF, docusign, RMLS, county fees, brokerage fees, continuing education, CRM, marketing, etc).
