High turnover, horrible company to work for

This company has very high turnover. It is expected that you bill 100% of your time. I found it hard to focus because I was constantly switching between 10 different client projects, going from fire to fire, and unable to focus to get any meaningful work completed. Management lacked Salesforce expertise. The workplace culture and managers are very disconnected from the consultants actually performing the work.
