High turnover, horrible company to work for
Salesforce Solutions Engineer (Former Employee) –  Chicago, IL4 June 2017
This company has very high turnover. It is expected that you bill 100% of your time. I found it hard to focus because I was constantly switching between 10 different client projects, going from fire to fire, and unable to focus to get any meaningful work completed. Management lacked Salesforce expertise. The workplace culture and managers are very disconnected from the consultants actually performing the work.

Fast turn-over, Lack of Billable hours
Salesforce Engineer (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TX24 February 2017
Fast turn over of Salesforce Engineers and Delivery Project Managers. Mostly small implementation projects average of 40 hours. Not enough time to fully deliver what client wants. Most SOWs could go over budget if you're not careful. Great work from home opportunity, but you could be very busy working until evening. There's not enough billable hours and more unbillable hours, and this will get any SE in trouble.

I did not enjoy working for this company. There was a disconnect between the managers and employees. There also was not room for any growth.
