Money hungry

Very very money hungry, if you don’t meet target they are constantly bugging you about it. They did provide laser training for me when I first started but took months for me to be trained in skin needling. When I was finally trained I arrived to head office and they didn’t realise I was coming then got angry when I didn’t bring my own model. Training for that was super rushed

Stressful work Environment

Working here made me hate coming in. It’s so money hungry and they only care about making sales which means it doesn’t matter if the therapist is running behind or if the therapist is double booked. I’ve been double booked multiple times and they cut my treatment time so short so they can fit everyone in, which is RIDICULOUS. Your shifts are also very long (12 hrs/10hr) which makes a normal 8 hour...

Horrible, bullies, money hungry

Expect to receive phone calls 24/7 about your sales & not only being treated like dogs but being told by the area manager when you have dogs you don’t do the barking for them. Meaning you don’t make sales for your team. Not a nice environment at all.

The only positive thing about this workplace is the clinic team. The girls are amazing to work with and are always willing to help out no matter what. However this is the most unorganised company to work for. Would not recommend unless you want to get hassled about your target by head office and not know your shifts until the day before.
