Unfortunately working for RFG is very unstable work. While my manager was fantastic, Head Office is not. Unrealistic expectations of their managers, far too much pressure to make the impossible; possible. Do not recommend.
Unstable work, they shut down stores far too often.

RFG slug their franchisee's so much fee's and offer very little help. Which results in complaints, troubles and dealing with disgruntled store owners. Dealing with store owners loosing $$$ and their livelihood isn't fun at all. RFG treats their franchisee's like their staff and the current information in the news atm is spot on. Either your rolling in the money earnt from hard working franchisee's or your doing the complete opposite.
