What I have learned

In every business, there will always be that kind of person, That kind of person who will going to teach you to grow up and be a good leader and their is also that kind if person who will drag you down until you lose determination to work hard and no motivation to work at all. We, as a worker need to choose the right kind if person to look up to and be the right teacher for you to be successful in life. That's what I have learned from my previous company.

Pros

Free Lunch/Food during break

Cons

Less support from the upper Management
