You will get sacked as soon as something happens that they aren’t happy about. They will not discuss anything with you.
Micro managed with lots of assumptions and knee jerk reactions. Staff being "spoken" to with no feedback for any future issues that may arise, to direct manager but others not involved with managing were given information. Personally I gave up trying to explain..felt like it always fell on deaf ears and opinion were formed based on misinformation and assumptions. Performance appraisals are not formally identified as such but became useful, along with the probationary card, when terminating staff generally by email. Once again loved the holistic approach but didn't like the way Management, not all but definitely some, would say what they wanted you to hear whilst going behind your back.....be aware....
