Not a bad place to work although the management needs to be changed, I would recommend working here as a fixed plant operator, it gives you the opportunity to learn every part of the process.

Learn a lot on the job, small mine site, good camp, variety

Toxic Criminal Organisation

Management intentionally harass staff in order to control them. This company actively practices organisational brain washing. The whole show is as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

Money, Roster

Poor management, toxic culture
