    Assisting the disabled to live their dreams.
    A workplace with the sole aim of helping people with disability live a quality life, and also support their families. Staffs at Rise Network are given the necessary support to discharge their roles in a safely manner in accordance wirh the NDIS guidelines. At Rise Network, clients satisfaction and staffs wellbeing are prioritised.

    Fun workplace!
    entering the support worker role was such a fun and enjoyable journey with Rise. They always listened no matter what your question was is it definitely the best company to work with and for!!

    Negative Environment
    The higher level staff are not very good woth communication and are often not available to be contacted easily when there is an issue.There is no teamwork and often you are left to handle a crisis on your own.

    I didn't feel valued
    Emoloyed as a support worker but ended up doing majorly domestic assitant duties. They didn't keep to their word and management aren't after your welfare.

    Excellent
    Rise has employees at heart they listen and respond to employees concern. I love working for this organization l recommend it to anyone.l have been working here for almost 4 years now and l have nothing to complain about.
