You'd need to ask your manager in Parramatta Office about the flexible working arrangements, this is not something that can apply to all staff. For example, if you are front counter customer service you can't be very flexible, same if you are onsite IT assistance, but if you are finance officer or something, maybe you can work from home, or early or late hours around your personal life.Work life balance with a 9-5 job comes from having that discussion with your manager what works for you and the business together and will come down to a few factors like what role you do, if you travel much for the role etc. I was able to work from home quite often and it was really nice.
