Decent Pay, Poor Management

Pay and tips aren’t bad, but you’re very much a cog in the machine and treated as a number. There’re some good people here, but favouritism is rife with management, and discipline is nonexistent.

If you compare Rockpool to before Covid or before July 2022, it’s totally different in quality. It’s now all about money and quantity and all about pushing the numbers. All senior staffs mostly have left the company and most of the staffs there are newbies even the managers and some of the managers are rude and pretentious. The worst place I have ever worked .The hours they make you work (use to clock out and still work).The management is a bunch of kids who are desperate for a visa to stay in Australia and they know that’s why they use them like puppets but they still expect their staff to make the money .There was absolutely no days of as you get emails and phone calles through out those days.
